Flynn Mood Board
I wanted Flynn to look like a modern day teenager, therefore I chose to include outfit ideas such as jeans and chinos. I also used a hoody and plain t-shirts, popular casual clothes of my male classmates. I decided to include the leather jacket as I thought this would be a good use for character development with the leather jacket representing confidence and also an edginess to the character. I also focused around the colour of red, representing both danger and blood, as well as standing out against a lot of the colours around him. This would therefore represent how he doesn't fit into the world he is in.
Annabelle Mood Board
I wanted Annabelle's style to develop over the course of the film in order to represent her development from her stereotypical costumes as she aims to fit in with a her popular teen demographic, to expressing herself through her clothes as she begins to find herself and her own fashion sense as a representation of this. Her colour scheme centered around grey- connoting to the apparent blandness of her person and her lack of self- expression in the beginning of the film, blue- connoting to sadness and red- representing her danger and unpredictability.
